Sherry Love and Stephanie Knotts were inducted as new members of Soroptimist International of The Conejo at the November 7th Business Meeting.
Stephanie (far left) is a Senior Business Analyst in Information Tech as a “Ferret Extraordinaire.” She is an Associate VP at Wells Fargo. Born in Germany into a USAF military family, Stephanie landed in Thousand Oaks in 1984. She volunteers for many committees and organizations including Mardi Gras Ball, Red White and Blue Ball, Cal Lutheran Hast and High Teas, and many other organizations. She has professional affiliations with IEEE (Institute of Electrical Engineers) as a Senior Member, Computer Associate Chair Buenaventura Chapter and sits on Board for Cal Lutheran Community Leaders Association.
Sherry Love has been a resident of Newbury Park for 37 years and is a retired CPA. Sherry has 4 step children, 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She has been involved in charitable work assisting with a Golf Tournament annually called “Aprils Open” which supports a friend who became a quadriplegic after suffering a car accident. Sherry has a heart to serve and is looking forward to serving the needs of women and girls in the community—and becoming life long friends with our fabulous group.
