The 18th Annual Margarita Mixoff & More! will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at The Gardens – Los Robles Greens, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM.

Presented by Soroptimist of the Conejo, Competing restaurants go all out for this popular event to win the coveted People’s Choice award for Best Margarita, so come prepared to enjoy the appetizers, Margarita tastings and festive DJ music by Lonnie Colon. In addition to the traditional margaritas, there will be Beer sampling, Wine tasting, and delicious food from various restaurants. A fabulous array of raffles and silent auction items will be up for bid. Event to be held at The Gardens at Los Robles Greens, Thousand Oaks. Proceeds benefit local charities.

Soroptimist International of The Conejo is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization that raises funds to help provide services for women and girls in the Conejo Valley and around the world. The Soroptimist mission is: “improving the lives of women and girls in the local community and throughout the world enabling them to take control of their lives and live their dreams.”
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go to support our Service Awards Program and the Soroptimist Dream Programs. The Soroptimist “Live Your Dream: Education & Training Awards for Women” is a cash grant awarded to women who have faced adversity and are improving their lives by attending school with plans to re-enter the work place. The “Dream It Be It: Career Support for Girls” targets girls in secondary school who face obstacles to their future success. Both Dream programs assist women and girls by empowering them through education. Our Annual Service Awards provide cash grants to local charities with programs that support and benefit women and girls.
